In 2020, Mr. Yusuke Takahashi, our Site Manager, relocated with his family in the Philippines and wanted to expand his business and expertise in the Philippines, hence, Kenta Waterproofing Services Inc. was founded.

Mr. Takahashi's waterproofing experience started way back in 1990s in Tokyo when he joined his family's waterproofing business. Their company was one of the first to start offering Hot Rubberized Asphalt Membrane to help seal cracks in the structures due to earthquakes.

These changes inspired the Mr. Takahashi to lead his own company and to include more options for waterproofing such as Torch Membrane Waterproofing, Liquid Membrane Waterproofing, Polyurethane Waterproofing, Cement-based Waterproofing, Waterproof Layer Removal and Crack Repair. This flexibility greatly catered to different business goals of the clients with different needs that varied from big malls to residential buildings.

And now these skills, work mindset, punctuality and expertise are now offered to the Philippines as Takahashi-sensei personally monitors every project.
